Officially Open for Business - 2015
Early 2015, Mr & Mrs Nguyen decided to open a Vietnamese restaurant in Kent to introduce the Southern Cuisine of Vietnam to Kent community. They put down all of their life saving into this restaurant and Saigon Soul was born in 2015
Continue to grow - 2019
After many struggles and refine the recipes, our wonderful chefs were successful to create our Saigon Soul "House special" dishes includes Bún Mắm, Huế Spicy noodle soup and especially Vietnamese Crispy Rice Pancake
Transfer over - 2022
After many years working hard, Mr & Mrs Nguyen decided to let the young generation to continue their legacy and bring the true taste of Saigon to Washingtonian. As a descendant of Nguyen family, Mr. Nguyen, Duy continues to carry on his aunt vision about Vietnamese cuisine to the world
